Default Drivers side headlight washer leaking

Went to test my 2022 defender today before taking delivery.. Everything looked outstanding other than it seemed the front drivers side headlight washer jet was leaking.

I know that this is a known issue I have seen on the FB groups but couldn’t find a thread for it here. Does anyone know if there is a known fix/SSM for this issue?

… or is something leaking on day 1 just to be expected

Did you figure this out? I picked up new Defender two days ago and it is doing the exact same thing.

Still an issue for cars built in December 22 apparently.

The headlight washer is activated with the windshield washer.

Did you happen to identify a solution to this and figure out how to remove the stain from the headlight surround? I have the same issue.

I took delivery of my 110S two weeks ago and noticed the weeping driver's side (L) washer jet yesterday. As others have noted, it leaves behind an ugly stain on the glossy plastic trim piece. I rubbed it with my thumb and was able to buff it out, but the weeping continues so obviously it will return.

I will check in with my dealer and let everyone know what they say.

My 23.5MY X-dynamic has BOTH headlight nozzles leaking, identified within 1 week of delivery. Dealer collected vehicle from my house and took into shop for review and acknowledged the seals were defective. Mine too had awful staining from the fluid (black body so it showed up more). I had the shop empty the reservoir and clean up the paintwork. They actually did a great job at cleaning it up but I was without washer fluid until this can be fixed. Parts were on backorder and now 8 weeks into ownership only JUST showed up. Hopefully will get in within the week to install and put this behind us.

My 23.5 delivered 7 days ago has the same issue. Walked by last night and wondered why there was white stuff all around the drivers headlight washer. I've never used the windscreen washers, haven't had a need so this is just sitting there leaking like that.
