Just want to ask if there is any rub or other issue? Someone running this with OEM 20" 5098 dark grey is selling. I'm trying to buy and swap with my 22"...

Can’t comment on whether they will fit or not, but I had them on an F150 Roush and they were extremely noisy at highway speed. Switched them out for Falkens and the noise level was drastically reduced.
I personally wouldn't go with those tires. They are a smaller diameter than stock, so you'll lose 10mm of diameter, thus a lower level of ground clearance. I'm running a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws in LT265/65R20. They don't rub whatsoever, but I'm on a set of 20" LR4 wheels with a different offset than the Defender wheels. These tires are also reasonably quiet on the highway and they were excellent in the snow and on the trails of the LR Experience center at the Biltmore Estate. 10/10 recommend.
There are a lot of reason not to run Mickey Thompsons on a new Defender, but losing 5mm (1/5") of ground clearance doesn't seem like one of them.
In the Jeep world (both the internet and a couple of friends of mine's personal experience) Mickeys universally seem to be louder than similar competitors for their purpose (AT, RT, or MT) and everybody I know who has tried them (admittedly a small sample pool) has reported great difficulty ever getting them balanced. Switching to Toyo, Cooper, Nitto, even BFG has solved the problem for them.
Then, if you want to add the snob factor in, it reads as sort of a "hold my beer and watch this" brand of deep-mud offroad pickup tire to my eye. But that's not material if you don't care about it.
