Default Fitting a roof tent onto the factory defender roof cross bars?

Does anyone know if I can fit an I-Kamper or Roof nest Condor XL (Still deciding which to buy) roof tent onto the factory defender roof cross bars?
I take delivery of the car with the factory cross bars and wanted to check?

It should fit. The load rating is pretty high on the bars.

That would be passed the dynamic load rating, not the static.

What’s the static weight rating?

As the document says. 176 lbs is the dynamic load for non-all-terrain tires. 220 for AT tires.

You’re mixing up roof load rating and the rating for the crossbars. Crossbars can only take 207 lbs dynamic. Roof is rated higher, but you have to go with the lower bar rating.

So I'm not sure how to translate these number, other than to say that Land Rover has a bunch of numbers they throw around.

My earlier post quoted a doc that says max dynamic load is 260 lb with AT tires. This post has the expedition rack capable of 291 lbs (dynamic) (https://www.landroverusa.com/vehicle...cessories.html).

Is there a crossbar static rating?
