Default Fuel door not flush

Hi guys,

I’ve had my defender for few weeks now and noticed something today while I was filling up gas. The fuel door, is not fully flush to the body. Just the bottom part, that has a bit of a curve.

Is that normal? Can someone compare and confirm please. Thanks

It should not look like that. Your photo gives the impression that it’s warped rather than being out of alignment.

I noticed the same on my car.
Tried a few things to straighten up, no result

Thanks everyone. I saw some defender videos and it seems to be there for others as well.

I’ll get it checked anyways.

Mine is the same. Bringing in for other items next week so this will get checked as well.
