Default GAP IID Programming Question

So I have 23.5MY V8 Defender with a non-locking fuel cap and have read this.

For Walk away locking and Approach unlocking the general rule is that it is only available on MY2023 onward, if you don’t have a locking fuel cap you can enable both. You will also have to go into your centre screen setting and switch it on. Some people with earlier cars have got this to work but it is a bit of a lottery

-WalkAwayLocking

MultiCAN-505

Change it to Current: Enabled

----------------------------------------
-Approach unlocking
MultiCAN-807 Approach Unlocking
Disabled
Change to Enabled
----------------------------------------

So I plugged my gap tool in and made the changes to the config. Turned the car off for a while to let it sleep. Then turned it back on and boom the options now appear in my pivi-pro. But when i select them to the on position and close the menu and then check the menu again they default back to their off position. What am I doing wrong?

On

Off

Have you tried a hard Pivi reset? (hold the power button for 10+ seconds)

I've only gotten walk away unlocking to work on my '22. Both options stick for me but I haven't had it unlock with any of my keys on approach unfortunately.

Boom! Thanks for the reset tip. Both options now stick to the on position and work!

Appreciate the help. 👍👍
