Sorry, I tried asking by tagging onto an old thread and it instantly spun off from my original question.
I am about to install a set of recovery eyes on my NAS Defender that also has the factory tow bar. It is my understanding that the bumper mount includes mounting screws not shown in the Powerful UK video. Can anyone please advise me as to their number and location? It would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Rear bumper removal tips and tricks

Your missing mounting screw delima are the ones for your rear mud flaps. Those need to be completely removed and wheel arch protection needs to be pulled aside to get to them.

This is all the fixtures that you need to remove. PowerfulUK video was spot on for me. I don't have rear mudguards.

Clearly you have a tow bar and Washington state plates just like me. I wonder what the issue is/was. No mud flaps here.
