Turned on car this morning to have screen frozen and lagging. Connects to my phone but won’t let me select music ‘source’, says there is no internet when trying to sign in to InControl, etc. I can’t see if there was a software update last night as screen keeps freezing. Anyone else experiencing this? I’ve had audio issues before but nothing like this…

 

Mine has been a complete dumpster fire this week ...haha. Takes 2-3 mins for my phone to connect which is highly abnormal for this car during my ownership, I couldn't enter a nav destination this morning, and wireless CarPlay absolutely will not work with 2 different iPhones. Then driving in rain today, I noticed that my rain sensing wipers keep defaulting to OFF (which is new, it's what was happening with Auto High Beam Assisgt).

Unsure why or how but... something is up and mine was working brilliantly prior! The only thing new is that mine was at the dealer for 2 weeks having warranty work done and they updated ABS module software and AHBA (auto high beam) module software in both headlights.

 

Hold down the radio off/on button for 20 sec and see if it will reboot.
Saw that recommended before (it was another forum discussion about a 2020, gosh knows what software version at that time)
