Hi guys, should I still do the oil change or my first service even with low miles? it has been 1 year exactly and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks

 

Yes, change your oil at least once a year regardless of the low miles.

 

Agree with above post, cheap insurance and will keep you on a 1 year cadence going forward if you continue to keep the miles below 5,000/year.

I like to think of the annual service visit much like my own annual wellness exam. Is it absolutely necessary/time critical? Probably not. But it is good insurance and as well an opportunity to catch any other burgeoning issues that may be much more easily managed when caught early.

 

1yr or 5k miles whichever comes first. Screw the book, thats what I'll always stick to.
