If you have to add the locking diff between parts and labor you could have just ordered everything up front.

Unfortunately, with JLR dropping options sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Totally agree it would be WAY cheaper & easier to do up front. I'm sure we can all talk about JLR's manufacturing problems.
