Mine is a 2021 (December 2020 build, March 2021 delivery). It connects to Wi-Fi when I'm at home and at work, so I'm not sure if that allows it to receive updates more quickly.

Also, if it makes anyone feel better, when I had my Tesla, it was sometimes weeks before I'd get a software update that others had posted about getting.

 

This was my first update to hit my Defender and it is a MY20 picked up in October of 2020. The one thing I have noticed and maybe I being crazy here but better fuel economy for the P300. I am not driving differently, but the same routes see a 1 to 2 MPG increase on city driving with the same average speed. Highway has seen a slight increase of 1 mpg. Again, nothing is different. Still the same tires, a same premium gas same load of people.
