K02 vs Nitto Recon Grappler Experiences
18” not an option as my spec is the V8!
Seekibg clarification after the confusing mess of the no lift sticky:
Whats the biggest KO2 anyone’s ever fitted without lifting the truck?
seems to be 265/60/r20 or 275/55r20?
id love to get 33s on there and I also have the GAP tool, but I don’t want the bouncy ride tradeoff that comes with lifting…
can someone set me straight?

You can't get a 33" tire into the wheel well without some sort of modification. The front edge of the front tire will rub. A 32.6" tire will fit. Check the tire specs on tirerack.com to confirm diameters as there is quite a bit of variance between manufactures due to the geometry of the shoulders - some are more squared off than others. Also, check the sticky thread on tire sizes - most info there relates to 20" wheels. A search of KO2 should narrow down the thread to the relevant posts.
It seems highly unlikely that all 33" tires do not fit, while all 32.6" tires do fit. But people who read a statement like that might very well take it to the bank, saying to themselves, "Person X on the internet had a 32.6" tire that fits so I'll get one also."
A better statement might be: "I have a 110 P300 and I am running Uniroyal Tiger Paw XTs in 265/70-18 and they fit without any rubbing at all 3 heights, without lift rods. I have (or have not) pushed them to maximum articulation while offroading without any rubbing." I would feel pretty confident trying the exact tire you have used succesfully on my truck if I have the same model as you. But otherwise...
In the end, unless replacing a tire with the stock (nominal) size, it's going to be on you if you get them all mounted and they don't fit and the store won't take them back (which they usually warn you about if you're changing from factory sizing.) If, on the other hand, you're going with stock size but in another brand or model, and it doesn't fit, any retailer ought to be willing to remove them for a full refund.
Cheers!

This is all very interesting.
ok given your responses here is what’s gonna happen. I’m going to a local tire shop in Orange County called wheel warehouse. I’m gonna ask them to STUFF IN the biggest KO2 they can. lol.
Let’s leave it to them. Because it’s so mysterious I’ll update everyone on what I manage to make fit.
we should place bets on my Defender like it’s an underground **** fight. We should all show up there with dirty $1 bills in the tire bay fully SHOUTING with joy as the guy hoists a 275/60r20 and tries it.

I looked at this option, it looks sweet. But I wanted aftermarket wheels and the lower offset of the wheels I was looking at makes that size a no-go. I think it'll only work on high offset (ET40+) 8.5" wheels.
Just a heads up, the new K03 is starting to show up in limited sizes/quantities.
