I am able to press the button on the driver door handle to unlock just it and then press the button on a passenger door to globally unlock all doors.

Does anyone have the PDF of this TSB? Before I have my dealer rip it apart to do this I'm curious what's involved. Someone above posted it's "JLRTB02076NAS1" -- although I can't find it on Topix or on NHTSA manufacturer communications.

Thanks, would be a big help. Last time I talked to dealer about this they just replaced the battery in my key fob... sigh.

I always unlock all the doors by pressing the passenger or rear doors via button. I have the open all door selected in the options/convenience in Privi Pro.

Does this TSB solve both the unlocking issue AND the start/stop button issue (asking you to bring the fob close to the steering column) or just the first one? In that case, how to solve the second issue?

I had this done to mine...it helped a little but it's still not perfect, especially with the keyless entry.

Not very promising...I will have mine done this Thu. Hope with good results. The start stop not responding actually annoys me more than the unlocking issue.

Hi all. I wanted to have a solid month of use on this before reporting back. Not a month yet, but I think I can confidently say that after performing the TSB discussed in this thread my issues with BOTH the passive entry and start engine process were completely solved. After the fix, the key (while in my pocket) has worked flawlessly both to unlock the car from different positions and start the engine. If you are having these same issues take this bulletin to your dealer and ask them to apply the fix.

I know this thread is about getting keyless entry to work correctly, but this video shows how to prevent keyless entry from working - on purpose (to prevent theft).
FYI

im not familiar with what a TSB is. Is that something that is covered by the warranty? Does the dealer fix it like a recall? Thanks
