Keyless Entry
No rubbing or fitment issues? There's another thread with someone asking if a 285/55 would work (rather than the safer 275/55 option)
My 22 built on June 14 has this problem with both fobs.I changed the battery in the key fob on one but did not notice any difference.
I've noticed that if the key fob is touching your body, it doesn't work very well--works sometimes on the passenger side but almost never on the driver side.
If I have the key in my pocket but hold my key (and pocket) out away from my leg, then it works. I probably look like an idiot holding my pants out with one hand and opening the door with the other (my wife gives me a strange look when I do this) but it works.

If you are in the US it's because the receiver for the fob is on the passenger side (Right hand drive driver side) instead of our driver side. Take it to the dealer and tell them your problem. they should move the receiver from the passenger side to the driver side as they have for many others here.
Cheers
It was true of my 2022, built in April.
I have this part (brand new in box) if anyone or their dealer is having trouble sourcing it.
Land Rover Keyless Entry Receiver LR149753
Pessimistically I assumed my D110 would have this problem, so I ordered the part months ago thinking that the pandemic part shortage would affect availability, but my keyless entry works great, so I don't need it.
PM if you're interested in purchase.
