Agreed, I have lightened rotors ( drilled and slotted) and I think they have more heat capacity, as do my vented (lighter) rotors on my classic defender.
I thought to improve brake performance, you added pistions to yior calipers, i.e. 4 pot calipers?
Doesn't tire compound and tread design have something to do with braking performance?
And I thought it was always: Strong, Light, Cheap, pick 2.
