Default Loadspace Rubber Mat vs. Semi-rigid Liner

Looking at either the rubber mat (https://accessories.landrover.com/us...#tertiary-tabs) or semi-rigid liner (https://accessories.landrover.com/us...#tertiary-tabs) for the back. Any experience with either of these? It looks like the semi-rigid one has a higher back (by the seats) which may be nice. Can you access the D-Rings on both?

I have the semi-rigid one. It has cut outs for the set D-rings. It does not work with the sliding D-rings (which I have), but I just leave them in the standard position and it works well.

Yes, the semi-rigid one has high edges, which makes it useful to hold dirt, etc. Also, it is pretty tough. And relatively easy to pull out and dispose of the rocks or sand or mulch or wood splinters or whatever is within it.

It is not pretty -- nor stylish -- nor inexpensive. When we bought it there was not weather tec mats available.

The only use challenge I have with the semi-rigid one is that it cannot be rolled up or otherwise stored in the vehicle anywhere / anyhow, how but in its place ... like the floor. This also means that it is kind of a pain to access the under floor storage, as it kind of just sits in space along with the floor (held up with one hand), while the other hand is digging around under the floor for the desired item.

Enjoy !

Thanks, that's some helpful color. I've seen some videos of the rubber mat, but nothing on the semi-rigid. Thanks!
