Lucky8 Clear Headlight Protectors
I was wondering if anyone has used or uses the Lucky8 Clear Headlight Protectors or even the PowerfulUK ones? What is your feedback?

Your front windshield will be a bigger worry. The headlight protectors once applied are not easily removable in order to clean behind them. That is the only negative that I have heard of.

I have the PowerfulUK units. They work fine and are readily removable if needed albeit I haven't had the need to date. Certainly peace of mind for the several thousand US$ to replace a damaged or broken headlight assembly as it's all one unit. Errant rocks, branches, etc on trails is one obvious concern - but equally in town from rocks. Errant rocks have already claimed one windshield and I have two small impact craters in the replacement already... Headlights cost more per side (parts alone plus labour) than a new windshield so headlight guards seemed like cheap insurance.
My biggest issue with the headlight guards was when a well intentioned dealer was giving me a free car wash after service. The power washer operator broken one of the headlight guard retention clips with a misdirected spray (sprayed far too close and directly behind the light guard for some odd reason) - the double sided tape held fast and the clip broke. An easy and economical replacement of the retention clips used to install the PowerfulUK protection panel was the solution. PowerfulUK folks were great to deal with and for the small, reasonable, nominal charge I was up and running in no time. The broken tab was easily removed with a mindful and light application of a heat gun to loosen the double sided tape (it amazes me how much stuff on these Defenders is attached with that tape!). As for washing - I haven't had any issues to date. The insides/back sides stay reasonably clean - it's the fronts that get materially dirty as expected and cleaned with a normal car wash (however rare that may be
LOL).
Biggest down side to the shields I've had is cleaning while driving. It's simply not possible for obvious reasons to clean the leading face of the light shield while driving. They do get muggy in some conditions as does the entire vehicle - it can be necessary to manually give'm a quick whip on the outside face in those instances. Something the Defenders headlight spray system is generally supposed to address. I can live with that given the $$$ required for replacement headlight assemblies.
