New owner here of 2022 110 X-D.
I tried to update the maps. I was able to use the HERE app to download the maps to a USB.
I wasn't sure if I had to leave the engine running while it was updating so I just turned on the ignition. After inserting the USB, I got a message saying there was an update available so I pressed "Start". The update started, but of course the ignition turned itself off after a while and the update failed. When I turned on the ignition it said that it had failed and that I should remove the USB and try again. I started the car and inserted the USB, but this time there was no message telling me that it found a map update. I tried several times both with the car running and with just the ignition on, but no go.
I see that the map version in the car is IP31.2.2021.27.37 but I can't find what is the latest version on the LR Pivi Pro site.
Any suggestions?

 

I got the same problem. It is not possible with ignition on only, shuts itself off and stops the update.
Ended updating with running engine...

 

Same here. Updated with engine running the whole time. Not sure why yours isn’t working now though. Maybe download and install on sub again. Mine worked fine the second time.

 

I did try downloading to USB again, but still I don't get a message when I plug it in.

 

I tried again today and this time I got the prompt to install the update and it was successfully installed. Version is v1108.107.2022.09
