Mild All Terrain Tires
Starting next year, BFG will start selling the KO3 in the OEM 255/65R19 and 255/60R20 sizes. I'll definitely try the KO3 when my Wildpeaks go bad. I might swap back in my original 19" wheels so I have a little more sidewall, but you still have plenty of sidewall on the 20" wheels.
I have the dreaded 19” Duratracs. Performance - very acceptable; traction in mud, gravel, sane, and snow - very acceptable; noise - very acceptable. Fortunately I have little occasion to drive through sharp rock gardens. I will switch to Duratrac r/t or KO3’s when available and necessary. I’m sure there are as good, or better out there, but I’m not seeking perfection or willing to build another garage just for tires.
