As always, got a quick response from the dealer. They insist that dates are not fixed until the car is actually built.

The expected build date currently still stands at 03/03, but until it is built the car can still shift in production dates.
We remain cautious because of this, as we have experienced this on several occasions (up to even a few days before the build date).
As mentioned, the global shortage of chips continues for a while and things can always happen.

Also located in BC. My Defender X 23.5 110 arrived August 2022 missing the much discussed sunglass holder, rear climate seats and usb ports.
Unsure of which dealership you ordered yours through, and how you intend on financing, however be aware that above the $10k export restriction deposit they may also add themselves as co-owner of the vehicle for 12months to prevent resale. I was floored when signing the paperwork they sprung this on me. Makes for a bit of hassle dealing with ICBC later down the road.
With the rear climate seats, is the 2nd row heated or heated and cooled similar to the driver and passenger seats?

The date can certainly move but you're very close, much closer than you have been. I wouldnt expect it to shift unless something significant happened.

Yes, there are two dials and you move it towards the cooled or heated setting. Looks exactly the same as the front. There are two temperature settings for that row as well.

Mine certainly doesn't. Only heat works. Did you order something different than I did? Or is mine broken? That row has only one temperature setting that's shared for the 2nd row.

If your build specifically says "CLIMATE rear seats" then you should have a heated and cooled 2nd row. Depending on your configuration, I believe it was possible to only get heated 2nd row seats. I made an assumption in my last post, which may be inaccurate for the original question asker, but independent rear temperature (right or left seat) is dependent on some other options and it's worded differently on the 110 vs 130 but the two things are not interlinked.

I went back and looked. Mine says HEATED, and that's what I ordered. I actually don't recall a "CLIMATE" option in the configurator. It's possible that it was there in late August when I ordered, but I don't remember it. I see that it is there now. Usually I would have a pretty good memory for passing on an option like that. Hopefully my kids won't miss it! It helps that I have Oyster leather. Should retain less heat, and the fact that the 2nd row has less sun exposure should help.
As for the 2nd row temperature setting, it appears that the only option in the configurator for the 110 is 3 zone, without separate temperature settings for the 2nd row. Perhaps what you have is exclusive to the 130, or maybe higher trims. This I won't miss. Getting the kids to compromise on temperature builds character.

wow .. I’m same .. my built date 3/3/2023 and also my location belgium ..only different is my last chance date was 1/2/2023 .. it’s seems we are in the same dealer 😁

It has a USB C in the passenger dash tray. It has a usb c, a 12v, and a usb A beneath the climate controls. In the back are 2x USB A and two blanks. So missing from the back are 12v and they decided to give me nearly obsolete USB A ports back there. But that's cool. I won't use them anyway and that problem can be solved with a dongle, or an easy swap of one of them. In fact I'll probably do that so there's one of each in the back.
I got the big infotainment screen, the full digital dash, clearsight mirror.

And Most of option comes parts of pack .. for example that two blanks you have in your car and what I understand from my dealer that part of smoking pack ( not sure ) but that what he said.
anyway not that much option stop you to enjoy your time with your X
