Seems the port has several weeks of production to still get in a ship. Or there is not enough to fill the ship…had this issue with a X5M.

Do folks know which port your truck is awaiting a ship from?

Congrats, I'll never forget delivery day. Having to wait 7 months sure does build anticipation. Looks beautiful and enjoy.

Finally have it!!!!! Totally love it. As you can see below the color photographs differently depending on where the sun is. Only issues, one key fob for now because of chip shortages, cannot figure out getting satellite view to work (something to do with data plan), cannot get remote start to work from iPhone app, and manual says climate control is an app, but actually just a button.

how do you know it’s a “she”? I didn’t want to know the sex till it was delivered - ends up it’s a boy!

I got my order accepted today... I had originally spec'd a 110 P400 X-Dynamic in Tasman Blue, with tow pack, off road, air suspension, etc. - almost making it a X. But on Sunday they emailed me and said it was moved to a 2023.5 model, and showed me the build sheet (still in "Holding Pool"). I couldn't get the 11.4" screen or ClearSight, and even though the sheet had the Interactive Driver Display, who knows if I would actually get it.

So I mulled it over, configured a Defender 110 X, considered the extra $10k, and then called him - sent him my build, he put it in the system, and it was immediately accepted!

Status: Order Confirmed
Last Amendment Possible: 7/13/22
Build Date: 8/26/22
Delivery Date: 11/4/22
Accepted Delivery: 11/4/22
Planned Handover: 1/6/23
Customer Handover: xxxx

So now I'm waiting a blacked-out Carpathian Grey Defender X . Who can tell me what the difference of delivery dates and handover dates is?

Great news!! Sounds like a great spec.!!

Part of this doesn't make sense to me. Normally (as I understand it - could be wrong) it's about 1 week from accepted delivery (when the dealership gets the truck) to planned handover (when they give it to you). Customer handover i think is the actual date.

I'm so excited! My Defender has finally arrived and I get to take it home on Saturday! (I think we'll call him Nigel) It came with the smaller screen and I thought I'd be disappointed, but honestly I don't really notice it.
