Moisture in headlamp cover ('22 Defender)
To answer the question of clearing the moisture out, I would try gentle heat blown over the lens, possibly from a blow dryer. I would suggest a heat gun, but one would have to be extremely careful with the heat setting and the distance it is held from the lens so as not to melt the plastic. The theme here is low and slow, don’t apply too much heat, too fast. As gradual as possible, keeping the heat source a good distance away and feeling the surface frequently to avoid overheating. Of course, this doesn’t fix the problem of how it got in there in the first place. I had a cracked lens and bought a replacement from PowerfulUK and after I removed the headlight assembly I attempted to prize off the broken bezel and found it to be embedded in a deep groove around the perimeter of the headlight assembly with a very strong sealant/adhesive/caulk which took multiple tools and much prying, gouging and digging to remove all the remaining sealant, so how the moisture got in there is a mystery. Good luck with your results.
I still have an overwhelming suspicion that condensation may be indicative of a seal failure and will eventually lead to the overall failure of the light. According to LR, their windshields are perfectly fine as well, so I personally take everything they say with a grain of salt.
condensation mist is fine.
however...
big water drops are a warranty-able claim... based on picture above, and my experience with headlight condensation over the years, I'd say you can have that replaced under warranty for that
