Anyone have a way to get "LRTB02092NAS1" -- for the damn air compressor in the trunk. "Integrated Air Compressor - Software Update"
My compressor (only 5-6 mos old) stopped working, it says "E" or something on the display intermittently. Seattle dealer said replacement is needed when I stopped by unannounced seeing if they could reset it, but I think it needs a software update based on what this TSB is.

It is probably a broken reed valve. Unfortunately, this compressor is not really up to the task. Especially if you have oversized tires. I was able to take mine apart and match up a reed valve. Ultimately i upgraded the compressor and just used the electronic comtrols of the original
Mine has been used now 3 times (once for a pool float that it blew up in no time, and a couple more times airing up the family's tires to normal pressures (30's / 40's), what I'd consider *very* light duty work). I'll see where I can get w/ a software update and then it's under it's 1 year parts warranty anyways. Although I bought it from a forum member and not the dealer so I'm sure it'll be fun trying to get a warranty fix on it ha!
Perhaps Sarek Enterprises might sell the a kit / your setup in the photo above at some point ? ... that's very cool.
All the stories I’m hearing of this compressor not working as expected make me happy I didn’t order it. Will try my luck with a cordless inflator for now
Yeah, but where are you going to find a light-duty 12vdc compressor for only a thousand bucks, like OEM.
OEM is honestly probably best, planning on going with the Milwaukee M18 inflator which I think will get the job done, just gotta worry about keeping it charged and also the size. Should be under $1000 all in tho 🤞
Did over a year ago my onboard air modification, Viair 485c with 1.75 gallon airtank,.
Such a luxery to switch the compressor on before leaving offroad and start inflating with a full compressed tank.
Maybe the best is the external safety coupler on the rear.
