Default New Defender 110 Window Vents - Warning

I bought these and fitted to the vehicle:

https://www.mudstuff.co.uk/.../nakatanenga-new-defender...

The problem now is that the remote control always shows windows as open after locking the vehicle, and of course that means can't do software updates either. Must be a sensor issue.

So regrettably I am going to have to remove them unless anyone has any ideas for a fix around the problem..

What would you need these in a new Defender. They were certainly useful on the old model because the HVAC wasn't great.

l can't see the advantage of fitting them to a new one though.

Fair enough, l never considered that.

You would certainly want some ventilation if sleeping in the vehicle.
You may be able to program the vehicle to let you leave the rear windows open using the diagnostic tool.

don't these have zero install? just slot them in when you're camping, remove when you aren't... you just can't camp and software update at the same time...
