Any updates on whether these fit the OCTA?

 

In a sense we are basically doing anodizing right before we powder coat. The ECC (electro ceramic coating) process is very similar. Finding companies with a large enough anodizing tank for something of this size can be tricky. We are fortunate to have a furniture manufacturer in our area that has an entire building dedicated to ECC.
The drawbacks to leaving a hard anodized finish will be chemical resistance and UV resistance. We can also provide them raw aluminum if the end user would like to take care of finish coating . The powder coating also has a bit of texture in it that helps with traction while stepping on them. Anodized finished will be very slick.

 

We can easily confirm fitment if someone would like to bring their vehicle by to double check. It's very likely they will fit especially in the base form, however it is not yet been confirmed. If an octa owner would like to take their plastic seals off and shoot me some photos, I can probably confirm this fitment

 

Dropping past wouldn’t be an option for me as there is about 14,000 km of ocean between as.
Ill have a look at removing some bits, could you confirm which plastic seals you are referring to?
