I just took delivery of my MY22 Defender 90. This was a dream of mine for 25 years (since middle school). Best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Once ordered, it felt like forever waiting, but more than worth the wait. I got on the list in Aug 21. Then they sent the build in Sep 21 and I finally got my D90 yesterday. I think others have waited much longer, so I consider myself lucky.







Im excited to be a part of the Land Rover family!

I could look at new shiny Defender pictures all day! Only to be exceeded by looking at pictures of dirty, used Defender pictures all day....

Just curious if you got everything you ordered....11.4" screen, Clearsight Rear View Mirror, etc.?

 

Thanks all. I got really lucky I got everything I ordered including the 11.4" Screen and Clearsight. I purposefully didn't get the X-Dynamic HSE because I didn't want the full leather seats or the adaptive cruise control. But now I'm kinda wishing I got the adaptive cruise control. I also liked the idea of a body colored roof so you could see the rear top windows. So I didnt get the black roof option.

Nice list of options! I wish I had the fabric folding roof. Not an option on the V8 models unfortunately.

How is the wind noise with the fabric roof? Any pics you can share?
