Noise under third row seat MY23.5 130

Default Noise under third row seat MY23.5 130
Strange sound coming from under the right side third row seat. Sounds like something electrical under that middle plastic cap in the photo. Any ideas?

I was going to say that some people with 110s have had rattles due to a loose shock, but that does certainly sound more electrical than an actual rattle/clunk, which is what you'd hear with a loose shock.

Yeah, when I turned the vehicle on there was a startup sound, then this steady noise that I recorded. Just not sure what that electrical component is

Sounds like a rotating pump of sorts. Fuel pump or rear washer pump?
