Just briefly sat in mine yesterday before taking delivery. First impression is very firm, but that doesn’t necessarily indicate lack of comfort (I can do 8 hours in a carbon bucket without issue.) Looking forward to some extended seat time.
Not an OCTA owner, but I've had seat time in the OCTA (no pun intended). My Defender has the 12-way semi-powered front seats, and the sport seats in the OCTA are just as firm, but supportive as my 12-way seats. The sport seats have more aggressive bolstering, but you still have plenty of room to move around and they are easy to find a comfortable setting. The bolsters are not nearly as aggressive as the bolsters in my Porsche Macan S with the 18-way sports seats. The SUPBAC transducers that vibrate the seat to the music you're listening to is neat, but I personally don't care for it. However, the transducers offer a massage setting that I found to be effective, as well as they are scientifically proven to reduce anxiety. I was able to experience the seats at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last year, and I also had the chance to play around with these seats this past Saturday at the Defender Kentucky 3-Day Event. So my opinion just amounts to ~an hour of playing around in the OCTA. However, based on that, I don't think they'd be worse on a long journey.

Macan 18 way seats are truly amazing. heavy hugging bolster and firm but still very comfortable for 4+ hour driving. They did great job. Love looking at OCTA seats and surprised that it's firm and potentially uncomfortable for long driving. Looks very comfy.
Update: Took mine into have the diamond finish 22's stripped and refinished in full gloss black like thry were supposed to be from factory - I think it looks SO much better now. Full stealth mode which is what this car deserves.
They are as comfortable as the regular seats and the adjustable bolsters are a nice touch to keep you in place if youre driving at speeds - but I think for the cost of the car they are nowhere near as good as they should be - look at the sports seats in the RRS SV - now thats a proper sports seat!! Mine were slightly creased in the lower bolster from delivery - and after six weeks are showing some signs of wear - which I'm not happy about but the driving experience and engine noise kinda makes you forget all about these trivial little issues......
After renting a brand new 3-series BMW for the weekend and doing some spirited driving in the mountains of NC - Sport seats suck for anyone who isn't an average sized human or below. Sorry. They held me in the seat well enough, but my hips and thighs were so sore after driving it for an hour.
My old Vehicross had factory Recaro racing-ish seats in it from the factory and I had to end up getting rid of it because I'd get out of the car after a 6 hour drive and immediately fall over because my leg was numb.

try using leather conditioner on the creases. I would try almost every other day for a little bit.
