I was told by one of my friends at JLR in the UK that the OCTA fender flares aren't compatible because of the manufacturing process, but we won't know until someone actually tries to swap them over. I doubt they'd fit, because even if they can be mounted easily, you'll need a new front & rear bumper, as well as lower body trim in order for everything to line up properly. You'll also need a new fuel door, as they use a different part to the regular model - the fuel door on the prototype at the Goodwood Festival of Speed was one piece, and not just a regular fuel door with the flare mounted to it.
Plus there are numerous suspension changes that result in a wider track, and I doubt those can be easily swapped.
appreciate the feedback. it looks like a lot of pieces to make it work. i already have Urban fenders but wanted a more oem cleaner look.
i found some aftermarket companies selling the full kit which includes front bumpers etc. not sure i would want to replace that many parts with aftermarket items

You've found aftermarket companies that are already sending octa replica body panels? Can you share links? I've not seen anyone doing it yet. I even messaged Summer Auto - my go to for the chinese replica stuff if theres no other choices.

As can be seen in this photo, the body colored OCTA fenders are stuck over the regular quarter-panel, however the black trim is a dedicated OCTA piece. Thus, swapping the OCTA panels onto a non-OCTA 110 would likely be possible, however getting the parts in the first place would be difficult as afaik you require an OCTA vin to get them from dealers.
I have found a slightly-dodgy aftermarket kit here though: https://www.defenderparts.co/product...-new-defender/
I also do remember seeing a white D90 with an OCTA body-kit somewhere...
never made the purchase but am seeing many more on Alibaba for sale. looks like they have come down in price.
this a full kit including new rear and front number supports. its very intriguing and frightening at the same time and would ldeally get more detailed info.

the lower door trims widened at the ends blending in with the larger fenders. it looks like it was well engineered but materials and fitment are always the question.
i had started a chat with the reseller/manufacture and the fenders have to be glued on. most will turn away due to this but Urban widetrack fenders also need to be glued. double side does not work well with fenders. even the oem larger fenders. they never stick long term no matter what type you use
