Yep, you're right. Everyone has different tastes re: style. I'm too Country boy (of the hillbilly variety) to enjoy that tricked out Defender. Not the way I would want to roll. But I'm sure many will rave re it. To those who enjoy it: enjoy!

I dont know if you watched the new Powerful UK video where he went through multiple defenders variants. It was fun to watch as they walked through V8 to base spec. Offroader to city driving. I think what makes things fun is that many of the companies are stepping up with different options based upon people's tastes. The more that is offered the better the options will be. Look at Lucky 8 and the bull bar. Prior to them, it was only AUS Land rover option. There are some neat ideas from Urban like removing the fake chequer plate on the hood and make it a more traditional Defender hood. Last night I tripped upon Summer Auto Parts out of the UK. She is focusing on the trick-out appearance look and even has a carbon fiber SVR bonnet for the defender for 1500.00.
