Typical boring dealership colors - black, white, grey.......

The blue RR sport and the red disco sport are at least interesting

I don't think they had any choice. They still can't even access Vista.

Was there an Eiger gray that you were considering?

There was but I didn't like the way it was equipped so I switched. That one hasn't arrived yet. There are still more on the way.

60%+ had coils so that knocked them out for me. Only 1 had an 11.4" screen. Only 1 had Clearsight. A few had HUD randomly added. A whole lot of 22's/black wheels. Many had "family pack" rear air and 3rd row which appears to basically raise the rear floor level about 5" when folded. The back of a 110 is already tight. 3rd row is a killer if you need space.

1 X, 2 XS, many X-Dynamic SE's. Lots of black, white, a few Eiger, a few Pangea, 1 Tasman, 1 Silicon Silver (brown in the shade), and the first time I've seen khaki interior in person (I actually liked it, was almost grey-ish).

Very weird being on a lot with 140 cars. Post-apocalyptic.

My office is next to a massive Ford dealership. Over the years they have spread out and sprawled to all the adjoining lots that they can acquire. Across the road they found a lot. For the last several years that's where they keep all their overflow trucks. I've used it as the barometer of these times. I'm talking something like maybe 3-5 acres. Slowly the trucks disappeared. Everyone in the office joked when they had just one line of pickup trucks across the front parked diagonally. This is Texas were pickups are BIG. Today: 7 pickups in wonky builds that no one wants to buy or waiting for a pickup.

And no, I don't think I've yet seen a Bronco over there.

So, your "post-apocalyptic car lot" comment resonates with me.

Ford just announced a $2k discount for most '21 vehicles on the lot.

Personally, if it's sitting on a lot today and nobody's buying, discontinue whatever it is!

things are nuts right now.

Our new Land Rover inventory includes: 1 Defender 90 V8
Our new Jaguar inventory includes: 1 F-Type R-Dynamic P380

Everything is pipeline inventory right now. If you can get your hands on an inbound unit that is close to your spec, jump on it!

Nice pick on the Carpathian. That was my favorite color. I switched to an XS when it got converted to a my22 and went with silicon silver. Its been mostly cloudy and rainy here since I got the defender and I cant say it has looked brown to me at any point. Initially I wanted to go with the Gondwanan stone color but I thought the silicon silver was a good compromise as I was fearing the stone would be took dark. I parked next to one last night and both colors look really good. The Carpathian and silicon silver with the additional metallic are the nicest imo.

Brown was a poor choice of words ony part. I was out in the straight Florida sun and this one was inside being detailed. My eyes were still adjusting and it was not very well lit. It had a look about it like beach sand (hence silicon). Not bad, just not for me. That said, it's pretty in the sunshine.
