I’ve just picked up a ‘23 Trophy Edition. Would love to join up for anything that doesn’t require rock sliders or taller tires. I have moderate level of experience/skill. Owned Disco II, LR3, and LR4 prior to the Defender.

Live in Bend.

Congrats man
You'd be most welcome.

Plenty of trips where sliders and bigger tires are not needed.

We're in the Puget sound and PDX region. Bend is beautiful. 3 of the crew were in Moab this past week. Not me. I hear it's a horrible place. I'm not jealous at all. Honest I'm not. lol

Trails are opening up slowly. Trips planned for the summer.

@Geo - welcome and yes let’s get you out on the trails. We have a blast!

I can assure you that you were missed both on the trails and at the campsites in Canyonlands and around Moab @GavinC

Your pictures in the wild thread look absolutely amazing. Awe and envy inducing.

I’m off on a little run this weekend. Stampede pass, possibly Yakima pass, possibly mirror lake. We will see.

Not sure how much snow is still kicking about. Was quite a bit by a frozen lake at 3900’ two weeks ago.

I spent the weekend doing some important culinary reconnaissance work. Getting some wrinkles ironed out before our next trail luncheon.

For anyone in the PNW - there is the PCRC (Pacific Coast Rover Club) “Rover Rendezvous” in Chehalis / Millersylvania State Park on Saturday May 31st.

You would need to join the club or be a member but I went last year and it was great fun and Rover camaraderie.

Last year it was down closer to Portland, this year a bit closer to Seattle.

Howdy, LR4 and L4o5 Owner here who's to soon be driving a "standard" Octa (6/27 delivery). Let's connect. I am part of the PCRC and helping curate a local group in Central OR. Hit me up. (Vince...)

I am very excited to run with you all. I have met a few of you and look forward to trail time. I keep the truck in Portland and have a condo there, although I do not live there full time. I am hoping for day runs and overnight as it works out. I have a very flexible schedule, so if you are planning an outing I usually can get back with a little heads up. I know most of you have busy schedules and our nest is empty. So we will try hard to adjust! Even week night brews are welcomed. I look forward to face time. Thanks!
