Default Powerful Uk

i have multiple items from them since owner my 110 since Dec last year. highly recommend the customer service and prompt delivery

they are developing their own parts for the defender and love the need to improve

i recently purchased their rear boot over head led light, interior and boot led and other items i have yet to install

i installed all lights in less than 30 mins. the upper rear boot light is a must. with the combo new brighter rear boot lights the rear is nice and bright. so much more useable

shipping from Uk and California took 4 buisness days. actually came 4 days earlier

Yes, some of their products are innovative, and especially the videos. However, I stopped buying from them due to the fact that the price for non EU customers is inflated by 20 % ( or 19 %) disguised in VAT. They told me that is charged outside EU for "administrative costs" .... right !!!
Too bad...

If they say it’s in stock, it’s there. They ship it, it arrives. I have problems, they fix it immediately. They have helpful videos. To me: worth it. In this world of driving to the cheapest cost with ****ty service, terrible communication, no Fs given for problems, total uncertainty about supply chain fulfillment - yeah, I’ll reward them with my business because my time, stress and confidence is easily worth it.

Simon is a good guy. Life would be less good without people like that.

100% on board with buying more from powerfuluk.. Not sure how many people here are light junkies like myself but i picked up these from them amongst other things:
https://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/...ndicators.html

and love the small touch of the sweeping of the indicators instead of the flashing. usually these things are cheaply made china parts that will break after a year or two but the quality felt OEM. i'm really not sure how they got these produced so quickly.

as others stated above i was concerned with shipping at first, but the parts came within 5 business days and i'm in CA! i can't say the same for some of the other ebay crap.

I am a light junky. Have had those sweeping turn signal in my side mirrors since Simon introduced them 6 months ago or so. They are identical to the stock ones and easy to install, just a nice and inexpensive touch. Also have their reverse auxiliary lights, their interior brighter footwell and trunk / boot space LEDs...

i also changed out all my interior lights and got one set of the blue fade to white or whatever way for the footwell. i didn’t realize all interior lights where the same and don’t think i installed the color changing ones in the right place. didn’t notice the blue at all so wondering if that’s going to cause some electrical issues

but back to Powerful UK. they def have mark ups on their oem stuff. know that and know that if if it says in stock it’s in stock. in this day and age that’s worth more than the mark up.

their install videos are amazing. love they take the time for every product they sell to do a video

I am not debating their prices, or quality or innovations.
It is a matter of principle and honesty.
That is all.
I for one, appreciate that.
That's all.

That’s a bit naughty to be charging 20% VAT to overseas customers. It’s only applicable local customers.

But saying that, when I visit the states, I always end up having the pay local sales tax.
