That’s a personal choice, but I would say that most ceramic coatings will add some shine to the matt finish.
I do not have a ceramic coat. Instead I’m using “Chemical Guys Meticulous Matt” after every wash.

thank you! Its a Mercedes color actually- Smaragdgrun (emerald green metallic)... What I like most about it is that it reads black until it hits the sun or a curve and the green flakes pop...
