it’s part of the exhaust system. the system is a muffler delete, so just straight pipes with the new tips and that black cover

To the OP, I just got this installed and it sounds amazing. One thing I noticed though is that at higher rpms (around4k) I notice what sounds like a wind whooshing sound. Have you experienced this at all?

hey, I just installed this and getting same loud whooshing whistle sound. Did you ever figure out if something was wrong or if that’s just how this is? Thanks

I ended up getting rid of it pretty early on due to how loud it was and quite a bit of drone

ok thanks, I guess I’m worried I pulled something loose between the turbo and cat which how loud that whoosh is.
