Re: Help with Tow Pack Installation
Hi there folks,
I have just got myself into a MY23.5 Defender and now need to get the tow pack installed.
Have bought the parts from a wrecker and intend on doing this myself.
My questions relates to the electrical components, I have diagrams and instructions on the physical "How to" but how do I think through the electricals?
If I plug in the Control Module will it "just work" or does it need to be programmed by a mechanic or Land Rover.
Trying to avoid the extortionate costs here in Sydney where the Land Rover workshop hourly rate is $350p/hr!

First start installing the towing controller in the rear.
Probably the lights should work on your trailer.
Next step is programming, advanced towing package.
