Retrofit or Activate 130 2nd Row Heated Seats
As fall has finally hit my area I’ve come to the unfortunate realization that my 2nd row seats are not heated (despite my recollection of salesperson swearing it was standard in both 2nd and 3rd rows
). In looking at the configuration options in the 130 build site, it looks like a simple $300 option for heated 2nd row. Based on this cost I have a hunch/hope that the seats are the same across the board and the only difference is activation in the ECU (much like adaptive cruise or self parking items).
Has anyone dug into this before and able to provide a definitive answer?

Not sure on your 130. However, on our 110 with only 2nd row. They are not heated and there are no wires running to them, when you flip them up. Also no central heating buttons. So it might be more than just an activation. Good luck!
MoonMan - when you press the dials do you get a seat indicator like you do on the front seats? If you rotate the dial do you get the red lights?
When you flip the seat bottoms up, do you see a wiring harness for the seat bottom, or is it just the hinge and no wiring harness?

No, you do not have to have the three-zone climate to have heated rear seats. there are two dedicated heated seat buttons on vehicles with heated rear seats w/o three-zone climate.
