The only time I purchased big money in the internet is through the forums for a set of wheel and tires. He was a long time legit member. That doesn't guarantee anything because I have seen some that didn't send the goods and PayPal will only refund you for a limited number of days, 30 or 60 I think. If the seller procrastinate in responding or sending the goods, you're SOL.
