Default Seal between safari window and roof rail

The seal between the factory roof rail and safari window on my 110 looks funny, but it's consistent side to side.

Does everyone's seal look like this?

Mine are the same. It appears to be designed to be this way.

If you replace or install those roof rails you will find the glass actually extends up under the rail at that point. I imagine the powerfuluk or lucky8 videos for installing roof rails is the best example if you are curious what that looks like.

Thanks. I figured it was planned, but it never hurts to verify. 😁
