Stocker wrangler 20 AT's in snow - how are they

I was going to take my 88 RRC on a Rover club "Oregon Snow Run" this weekend, but the RRC seems to have an electrical issue (it's eating ignition coils inexplicably)... and I'd like to avoid being stranded in the wild.
So, my next choice down the list is my 2020 Defender w/ 20" wheels and the stocker 20" Wrangler AllTerrains. I have driven with these tires in many offroad conditions (Mud, rocks, etc) and they did "OK / decently" -- could be better but trying to wear them out before I get K02's or Wildpeaks.
But I've yet to drive them in snow offroad. Are these factory AT tires offroad capable "enough" in snow? Disaster? (I'm a fairly qualified off-road driver, no expert but no novice). About 50%+ of the other guys will have winch capability on the trail run.
This would be my first time trying them out in significant snow.

We just had our first real snowfall of the season yesterday, 7-8" on the ground. I decided to take the Defender out and see how it would handle the conditions, used the snow traction mode, 20" adventures, low weight pressure setting, advanced off-road pack w/ rear lockers. I'd say "passable", they handled the conditions pretty well, forward traction was quite good but when pushing on a bit the fronts gave up quickly in to understeer without a lot of feedback to the driver. In summary, 6/10 for snow and I'd give 8/10 for dry road. These scores would only go down in off-road conditions (I'm used to KM2/KO2's and they would be better). I'm running my Panamera over to the shop for it's annual service tomorrow, it's fitted with Michelin Pilot Winter Alpin's and I know the Defender has no chance staying with that - nothing like good snow tires for these conditions.
