suspension (dumb question)
LOL, a setting? What's the setting called "Racing for Pinks?" Ask them to please show you the button that allows for that 3" height differential because you like it and want to dial it up every time you park.
i'm still waiting for my service appointment. but with LR's service comment that it's a "settings" issue - i wonder if they're just going to put the car in auto access height and call it a day. i haven't tested it out yet. but i assume that would "fix" it because the car will be at its lowest height and prevent the front from being lower than the rear...

Starts on page 3072 of the P300 manual in this link and goes for many pages including diagnostic procedures.
Page 3121 starts the diagnostic procedures that they should follow.

If anyone is interested - here's an update: Dealership/service took a look at the car this morning. Their response: Since there are no fault codes and the system "sometimes depressurize which can be normal. as long as it fills back up and there no lights on that is normal". So they will not fix.

Fwiw, I had a similar issue (suspected air leak because one corner of the car sat lower after being parked overnight), and was told the same thing by the dealer -- no fault codes found/no issues found, won't fix. In my case, I think they were probably right because where I park my truck is not very level, and I've not noticed issues anywhere else (stop lights, other parking spots, etc). But then I also have auto access mode enabled. Might be time to turn that feature off for a bit to make it (hopefully) more obvious if there's a slow leak.

Dealer tech here (MB) and this is a bull**** answer from someone being lazy. Find another dealer or put pressure on them. Air suspension shouldn't drop on one axle/corner over one or two nights. This failure is easy for them to test and quantify, they just need a very small amount of effort and an undisturbed parking space for a couple days at most. Air suspension issues commonly don't produce fault codes, that doesn't mean there's not a problem.
