How cold is it at night where it's parked? What's the temperature drop between day and night?

Just something to consider.

yes. After another visit (or two - can’t remember). They finally accepted there was an issue. And they ended up replacing struts under warranty.

UPDATE: over a year later. front end still sags. not as much as in the original picture. It has been in service for a few days where they said they fixed a leak near the compressor... and yet... it lost over 1/2 inch last night - just the front.

this sucks.

not at all surprising level of care and competence from a dealership.

mirrors my experience

abysmal LR level of service. Seems the norm

It is sad some dealerships lack qualified competent techs. I would try taking it to another dealer. Techs nowadays go with the least resistant path and all they do is throw parts at a problem-unfortunately.
