I fall in love with the beautiful body of the defender 90

I am used to the Nissan Patrol. Mine has 600000 KM with only replacing consumables like break pads and the like.

I know that the defender will have some annoying little things which I dont mind. Reading here and else where most issues related to software update, and other minor things.

My question : Did anyone here faced a major failures, like engine, gear box, or transfer case, issues?
