Here’s pricing I was given. Mileage and dates start when contract is written, so it overlaps with factory which really irks me and has prevented me from pulling the trigger.
it makes me question keeping the vehicle long term too. Just feels like a jab when we’ve spent so much money and had so much patience with all the service visits while it’s under warranty.

Thanks for sharing. We are in the same boat (year/mileage). It is definitely eye-watering, but when compared to trading in and buying a new vehicle (even if not LR/Defender) it is really not bad. What are the coverage terms on this? Exclusionary? That's the one I would want. Covers everything "except" for a list.
Perhaps it has already been discussed and perhaps it is valid all over the world but here in Italy from the first of September the guarantee has been extended to 5 years
