They replaced the nozzle under warranty. Apparently this requires removal of the rear bumper. To remove the rear bumper, they also removed and reinstalled the rear tires. As always, they really over-torqued the lug nuts. I had to use a breaker bar to get them free before using a torque wrench to install the lug nuts correctly.
Late to the party, but although I don’t have that happening on my 25 Defender, I did experience something similar on my Jeep wrangler where the rear wiper would leak. The solution was to install a valve to evacuate the air pressure that causes the washer to leak.
