After a horrendous performance off-roading in the snow a few weeks back, I swapped out the 20' all terrains that came on mine to 275/60R20 BFG KO2's, 33's. No rubbing so far, I have a 1.5" rod lift on as well so with the additional sidewall now it's a 2" lift.
Took the opportunity to clean the brake calipers while the wheels were off.
Re: KO2's. They seem perfectly balanced. Notice a *slight* bit more tire noise, and they perhaps don't corner quite as well (feel a bit squishier...), but they were smooth as silk up to triple digit speeds. I chose them over Wildpeaks in this size as the wild peaks were a slight bit heavier, and the KO2's are (according to the tire rack comparison table) 0.1" shorter and 0.1" narrower than same size Wildpeaks.
Stock Wrangler AT tires - 38 lbs
KO2 275/60R20 - 55 lbs (+17 over stock), 15/32 tread depth
Wildpeak 275/60R20 - 58 lbs (+20 over stock), 18/32 tread depth (prob the extra weight)
Used a guy here who has a mobile 'no damage' tire installation business, he does all the race car guys, etc. It's very cool and saved a ton of grief from going to a tire shop.

Looks GREAT... what an improvement. I'm thinking about doing a similar set up to my 110 (adding a 1" lift instead of 1.5") once my OEM tires hit 20k miles. My only hesitation is that I have the full size mud flaps and I'm afraid there will be rub... hopefully the tire shop I get the work done will be able to address this if it becomes an issue.

FWIW, I have this same set up with 1,5 inch rods and classic flaps. No rubbing at all, either on body or flaps.

Hi nashvegas, what color is that? Eiger Gray? How do you like the mud flaps in comparison to the full size ones?
What psi are you using for the KO2s in 275/60/20? I have heard conflicting information, some say keep whatever recommended for the stock tires, others say 40 all around (in normal load). I think I am in between.
There is too much right now. Since the bar is curved there is a decent gap behind the light bar and the fairing. Above 60 mph I get a really load drone in the cabin similar to when you have just a rear window down. I kinda figured that could happen but wanted to try it out. Will need to remove the fairing unfortunately and most likely move the bar below the rack to break that wind and keep the rack from shaking.
So, what was the solution for the light bar and the fairing? I have the expedition rack, and the wind noise drives me crazy at highway speeds. I also have a 30" light bar that I would love to mount on the rack (above or below) but I am afraid of adding even MORE noise into the cabin.
I assume that if I mount the light bar below the cross-bar, the wind noise is going to be the same as it is now. Correct? Also, if I get a fairing and then add the light bar on top of the cross bar, would that be pointless?
