It is that time again and summer is coming and that means The Wilds Summer Safari. I finally made this trip last year and had a great time. This year The Wilds Conservancy is providing a unique opportunity to ride your own vehicle through the park just like they do the bus tours with one price per vehicle rather than per person as on the bus tours. This is an optional item for the weekend event being offered exclusively for this event to the Green Oval Guild that will take place on Sunday.

General registration for the event is found in the link below. Basically primitive tent camping(a few off-road trailers with tents and pop-ups there last year) in a mowed field with portable toilets and hand wash stations provided for the event. Open trails for your adventures and guided trail rides are both an option at this event, and a this is a beautiful setting to enjoy your Land Rover!
