As if a Land Rover with 4300k HID's and 6 Hella 4,000's is'nt already easy enough to spot..... we've decided to brighten it up a little more.

UPS just delivered my roll of 3M Black reflective vinyl that I'm going to go get cut at the vinyl shop I work with all the time. Myself and a buddy of mine was planning on having this stuff cut into a pinstripe for each side becuase I had taken off the ugly gold pinstripe that was already on the Disco, but now that there is no pinstripe on I plan to leave it that way.

Any idea on what we can do with it? We're already considering running it along the length of the top indention on the side, or the lower indention but I wanted to see if any of you had any ideas.

Put it all over the back of your truck so when those jerks give you their highs for actually doing 65 on interstates they blind themselves.

No but seriously, I'd say see if you can get it to fit into the little indentation beneath the handles running along either side.

 

Hahaha, that is probably the best idea I've heard so far.[8D]

Got to admit though, that would be awesome to wrap the whole back door with it and see how long it takes for them to shut their brights off. Lol


But yeah, thats exactly what I was thinking about doing, running it in the spot beneath the door handles. I think it'd look really good, and I'm glad someone else does too.

 

That's really the only place I could see it working. Make sure you post the results when it's done, I'd like to see how it turns out. GL

How did you mount your highlift? I tried to mount mine there. but it didn't really work, and I couldn't open the hood with it there. I have the same bull bar.
