ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DOWN HELP!!!

My 97 4.6 Rover has some serious electrical problems!! My navi, windows, radio, mirrors, and climate control will not work...could it be my ECU? I am struggling...please help me!!!

Have you checked your fuses ?
If your truck still runs its not the ECU.
It sounds like everything that has gone out could be on the
same fuse or relay.
