Cool build. My DI is due for a teardown. Still runs but so sluggish + I want some truetrac too. Is your truetrac front and rear or locker rear?

yes, TT front and back. great setup and it has paid for its self by not getting me stuck in a few trails its been on.

Work and the cold had kept me from working on the rover but it looks like i will have some off time to start back up, i am excited to see how it turns out haha

with the help of Dusty i am now closer to getting the rover on the road


next weekend i should be done and driving it!

the saga continues!

I did end up dropping a push rod into the motor and the OH $h!t moment started.... Thankfully while i was at the parts store my dad was able to retrieve it. I was glad i didnt have to remove the oil pan or the top end!

All buttoned up and the head gasket leaks now, also the injector orings failed on the drivers bank.

Your kidding me all that work and the head gaskets still leak?

Did you get the torque and sequence right?
