Black Betty, the adventure begins!
My thinking on this is
Cut two pieces of acm, fit them how they are supposed to go and figure out the bend, (headlight piece and side marker piece)
Mock the lights in place and fire out mounting options.
Once everything looks ok get the design in cad and take it to work and have them cut everything out on the router table, then it will be one piece ready to attach the headlight/ day light side marker.
The first ones will be flat and wont have depth to them wich is fine for a first prototype then go from there.
Same thing for the window and alpine, cut a window out of acm mock in place and see how it holds up. if it holds up good, get the design in cad and have them cut it at work with the router.
ACM isnt too expensive and i think its a good viable replacement if you dont mind having a dark rear window, could also do the rear door panel too.

I dont have access to them all the time, so i want to do all the R&D before using the machines!
got another one, winched him from way back

rebuilt the ball joints on the drag link, new boots and grease. This will hold up till i get the HD steering rods.

last but not least, the steering guard that took me too long to figure out how to mount haha

cant wait for the gas tank skid and the panhard rod from Zach then its sliders/hd steering rods and the rear driveshaft swap to delete the rotoflex, the rear right hub and taking the rover to someone who can diagnose my o2 sensor issue.
After all of this i hope to be able to take Betty anywhere!
